YZCL series cooker is a processing equipment for making mature embryos by wetting and steaming the raw embryos after rolling, to meet the requirements of subsequent pressing or leaching. The equipment can also be used as a softening pot. The softening of the oil can improve the quality of the roughing, thereby improving the oil yield and improving the quality of the oil. It is an essential equipment for the vegetable oil plant to be used for the pretreatment of vegetable oil.

The machine is composed of a pot body, an inlet pipe, a condensate pipe, a stirring device, a reducer, an automatic material door, and a discharge port.

The pot body is divided into five layers. Each layer has a steam interlayer on the bottom of the pot and the side of the pot. The steam entering each layer is adjusted by the valves of each layer to control the temperature of the material. In order to make the embryos steamed evenly, all layers are loaded. There is a stirring scraper, the scraper is driven by the main shaft penetrating the layers, the main shaft is connected to the motor via the reducer and the coupling, and a direct nozzle is arranged under the first layer steamer scraper, and rotates with the scraper to make the direct steam uniform. The machine is equipped with exhaust devices in each layer (except the first layer) to eliminate the gas evaporated from the embryo during the steaming process. The layers of the steamer are equipped with automatic material gates to control the blanking, outside A layer pointer is provided to indicate the level of the layer, and the bottom of the bottom layer is provided with an adjustable discharge door.
