Centripetal pump online liquid level adjustment without stop:The liquid layer of heavy/light phase can be adjusted online during the decanter running ,no need to stop and replace the liquid layer adjusting plate like a traditional centrifuge,with larger adjustment range and more precise .

Operation principle
The centrifuge consists of two rotors, one is called the drum (2), and the other is the scroll (referred to as scroll 3). When the drum rotates at a high speed, the slurry in the drum rotates with the drum and is subjected to centrifugal force, so that the solid particles will be separated from the liquid and will settle from the axis of the centrifuge drum. On the inner wall of the drum, the scroll inside the drum rotates at a lower speed than the drum and pushes the solid particles to the slag outlet (1), and the differential speed between the drum and the scroll ( affect the solids discharge speed) depends on the transmission ratio of the differential and its speed. The heavy and light phase liquid is divided into two layers because of centrifugal force. The heavy phase layer is drawn out by the centripetal pump (4) against the drum wall and discharged from the heavy phase outlet (6). The light phase layer close to the scroll is thrown out from the overflow port by centrifugal force and then discharged from the light phase outlet (5). The entire process is continuously completed between the closed upper and lower cover.

Bowl rotation speed,Screw differential Speed,bearing temperature,torque,depth of liquid pool inside the drum adjustment by overflow plate,interlock control between the feeding and decanter speed.
