DHZ Series Disc Separator

Self-cleaning disc separator, also known as ring valve slag separator (intermittent slagging), is equipped with a drum that can automatically discharge solids without stopping the machine, compared with the solid retention separator. While the separator is running at full speed, the solid insoluble matter is ejected out of the drum. Since the whole process is controlled by a microcomputer program, in recent years, it has been widely applied to various liquid-solid, liquid-liquid-solid clarification separations.

In the self-cleaning drum, the mechanical movement of the sliding piston is controlled by the water pressure to realize automatic unloading. According to the length of the slag discharge time, it can be roughly distributed as partial slag discharge and full slag discharge.

Self-clearing disc separators are mainly divided into two categories, one is a purifier for liquid-liquid-solid three-phase separation, and the other is a clarifier for liquid-solid two-phase separation.
