Solvent extraction and stripping is the core step of the entire process. Generally, Rotocel is widely used in the extraction plant with less than 600tpd capacity. According to different raw materials,solvent extraction generally includes the following sections: (1) feeding scraper (2)rotocel (3) D.T.D.C (4) Evaporation condensation.
1. Feed scraper : It is required to effectively seal the material when it enters the leaching device to prevent the solvent gas in the leaching device from overflowing from the inlet.
2. Rotocel : Immerse the oil embryo (or pre-squeezed cake) in a selected solvent to dissolve the oil in the solvent (composed of a mixed oil), and then separate the mixed oil from the solid residue meal).
2.1. The loading amount is 80-85% of the material grid;
2.2. Solvent temperature 50 ~ 55 ° C;
2.3. The temperature of the immersion feed is 50-55 ° C, and the temperature of the leaching device is 50 ° C;
3. Desolventizer-toaster : The oil mash also contains a certain amount of solvent, which is dried after desolvation and drying treatment. The volatile solvent vapor still needs to be condensed and cooled during desolvent drying, and can be recycled.
In the first pre-de-layering of steaming off, the temperature is controlled at 75 ° C, the second layer is 85 ° C, the third layer and the de-dissolving layer are controlled at 105 ° C, and the level of the evaporating layer is 1000 - 1100mm, too low direct steam blowing through the material layer, can not reach the purpose of steaming off, and at the same time, due to the low storage height, the desolvent layer can not achieve a good material sealing effect when the material layer is controlled by the height of the material layer, so that the solvent gas is from Press out the mouth to increase the dissolution.
4. Evaporation condensation : The oil mash also contains a certain amount of solvent, which is dried after desolvent drying treatment. The volatile solvent vapor still needs to be condensed and cooled during desolvent drying, and solvent can be recycled.
