Olive Oil Separator

The olive oil disc separator series are mainly applied for the sludge and water discharge of vegetable oil especially for olive oil, which is with structure of piston automatic discharge, it can fulfill automatic control.

The light phase liquid (oil) of the machine is output by the centripetal pump,and the heavy phase liquid (water) is automatically output by the heavy phase centrifugal pump.The separation interface is adjustable,different material is adaptable,and it has the best separation effect and the smallest material loss.
The machine is a high-speed rotating machine,which has accurate dynamic balance verification,low vibration,strong reliability,convenient operation and maintenance,low installed power,and low operating cost of the whole machine.

The centrifuge design and manufacturing process uses many new designs and materials.It  can be used for olive oil clarification and separation in the olive oil production industry.
